Is your child hesitant to try new foods? Avoids textures? Sticks to the same few “safe” food?

Our Picky to Playful Feeding Group helps children build comfort, confidence, and curiosity around food through play, not pressure — and this special holiday edition brings all the fun and creativity of the movie Elf into the experience!

Led by feeding and swallowing specialists at The Mouth Rehab, this group blends sensory exploration, oral-motor warmups, and responsive feeding strategies to support little ones who need a gentle, playful on-ramp to new foods. Children explore a variety of foods using touch, smell, sight, and sound to build safety around unfamiliar textures.

In this festive edition, we’ll create our own Elf-inspired “silly spaghetti” using a hodge-podge of fun toppings. Kids swirl, sprinkle, squish, and scoop to boost sensory comfort and reduce mealtime stress.  Our Goal is to help children move from hesitant and picky to confident and playful with food while empowering caregivers with tools to make mealtimes calmer, happier, and more connected. All with a little holiday magic sprinkled in.

 

Parents will also receive:

• Coaching from feeding and swallowing specialists

• Handouts on feeding milestones and mealtime strategies

• Guidance on how to bring these techniques home

Age Range: 18 months – 4 years, with a caregiver present. Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers developing oral-motor and sensory skills.

 

Group Goals:

• Encourage positive, pressure-free interactions with food

• Support oral-motor skill development and sensory exploration

• Reduce anxiety and stress around mealtimes

• Teach parents practical ways to support picky eaters at home

 

Ticket includes access for one (1) child & one (1) caregiver/parent pair. Additional children can be added at $30 each. Attendees will also unlock a $5 / person "Stay and Play" to explore Wonder's stations for up to two hours following this session!

Ring in the New Year a little early with a magical midday celebration made just for little ones! Join us for a joyful countdown to NOON, complete with an exciting balloon drop that will have every kid giggling and cheering.

 

Start the morning with play at our stations. Then, toddlers can get creative with a hands-on vision board craft to kick off the year with big dreams. Then, twirl, wiggle, and shine at our disco-ball, balloon drop, dance party. With music, sparkly fun, playful activities, and plenty of surprises, this is the perfect way for families to celebrate together—all before naptime! Come make memories, welcome the new year with smiles, and enjoy so much MORE at our Noon Year’s Eve bash.

 

Ticket includes parent + child access to two hour Noon Years Eve event - including play, a 2026 vision craft and dance party balloon drop party at noon.
